The City of Hesperia has launched a new and expanded water bill payment system to improve customer experience and offer a broader range of payment options.
New features will include:
- AutoPay with flexible scheduling
- Digital wallets including PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
- Credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)
- Payment kiosks at City Hall
- Payments accepted at select convenience stores
To pay water bills on the new customer portal, visit ipn4.paymentus.com/cp/hesp.
All new and existing customers must register their accounts in the new Customer Pay Portal to access account information and use any of these features.
