On June 2, the City of Hesperia will launch a new and expanded water bill payment system to improve customer experience and offer a broader range of payment options.
New features will include:
- AutoPay with flexible scheduling
- Digital wallets including PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
- Credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)
- Payment kiosks at City Hall
- Payments accepted at select convenience stores
All new and existing customers must register their accounts in the new Customer Pay Portal to access account information and use any of these features.
