The County of San Bernardino Office of Small Business Development (OSBD) is authorized as a Small Business Administration (SBA) intermediary to provide pre-qualification loan application services to businesses within San Bernardino County.

Requirements
Eligible businesses must meet the following requirements:

• Meets the SBA size standard
• Is a U.S.-owned company
• Is a for-profit, private entity:
  • Sole proprietorship
  • Partnership
  • Corporation
